OneFreeResume™ is a resume-building platform that allows users to create, edit, manage, download, and, where applicable, share professional resumes and related career documents.

Certain features may be available for free, while other features may require payment or the purchase of credits, connects, subscriptions, or other paid access.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must be legally permitted to use the Service.

If you are using OneFreeResume™ on behalf of an organization or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Some OneFreeResume™ features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Maintaining the security of your account.
• All activity performed through your account.

You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that may harm OneFreeResume™, its users, or others.

You retain ownership of the personal and professional information that you submit to OneFreeResume™, including your resume content, unless otherwise stated.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is:

• Accurate.
• Lawful.
• Not misleading.
• Not infringing another person's rights.
• Appropriate for use on the Service.

You must not upload or submit content that:

• Violates applicable laws.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
• Contains malicious software.
• Attempts to impersonate another person.
• Contains fraudulent or intentionally misleading information.

By submitting content to OneFreeResume™, you grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, reproduce, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

For example, we may need to process your resume information to:

• Save your resume.
• Display your resume in the editor.
• Generate a downloadable document.
• Display a public profile when you enable one.
• Provide requested sharing functionality.
• Provide AI-assisted features when you use them.

We do not claim ownership of your resume content merely because you use OneFreeResume™.

OneFreeResume™'s software, interface, designs, templates, graphics, logos, text, functionality, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to OneFreeResume™ and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use OneFreeResume™ templates and features as part of the Service, but you may not:

• Copy or redistribute OneFreeResume™ templates as standalone assets.
• Resell OneFreeResume™'s platform materials.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to build a competing service using our proprietary materials.
• Remove proprietary notices where prohibited.

Your completed resume remains yours, subject to any third-party materials you may have included.

OneFreeResume™ may offer both free and paid features.

Paid features may include, depending on the plan or package available at the time:

• Additional resume slots.
• Additional connects or credits.
• Premium templates.
• Proposal creation.
• Public profiles.
• Other premium functionality.

We may change, add, or remove features from our plans over time.

The features and pricing displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.

If you purchase a paid product or feature, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We generally do not directly store complete payment-card information unless explicitly stated.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to its own terms and privacy practices.

Refund eligibility depends on the product or plan purchased and applicable law.

Unless a specific refund policy is displayed at checkout, purchases may be non-refundable once paid features, connects, credits, or other digital services have been delivered or used, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

OneFreeResume™ may provide AI-assisted functionality to help users improve or generate resume-related content.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not appropriate for your circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using it in a resume, proposal, application, public profile, or other professional document.

OneFreeResume™ does not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in employment, interviews, offers, or any particular professional outcome.

Some OneFreeResume™ features may allow you to create a public profile or publicly share a resume.

If you choose to make content public, information contained in that content may be accessible to other people and may potentially be copied or redistributed by third parties.

You are responsible for reviewing your resume or profile before making it public.

You agree not to:

• Use OneFreeResume™ for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Abuse credits, connects, or other usage mechanisms.
• Upload malicious code.
• Scrape or systematically collect platform data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Use OneFreeResume™ to impersonate another person.
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud or other illegal activity.

We work to keep OneFreeResume™ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical issues.
• Third-party service failures.
• Network problems.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

OneFreeResume™ may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, authentication services, analytics providers, cloud storage providers, AI providers, or other external services.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent practices of third-party services.

OneFreeResume™ is a resume-building and career-document tool.

We do not guarantee:

• Employment.
• Interviews.
• Job offers.
• Acceptance by a particular employer.
• Accuracy of AI-generated content.
• Any specific career outcome.

You are responsible for the final content and information contained in documents you create using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneFreeResume™ and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OneFreeResume™ and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of the Service.
• Your submitted content.
• Your violation of another person's rights.
• Your violation of applicable laws.

You may stop using OneFreeResume™ at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you:

• Violated these Terms.
• Misused the Service.
• Engaged in fraudulent activity.
• Created security or legal risks.
• Abused the platform or its features.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.

Your continued use of OneFreeResume™ after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
